Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Reach out to customers over the telephone to address customers' questions, provide excellent customer experience, and maintain good customer relationships
  • Capture customers’ implicit requirements boost the renewal rate and increase average order value through upselling and cross-selling
  • Improve customer service standards to reduce the customer churn rate and increase customer loyalty
  • Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
  • Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
  • Develop and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

Qualifications

  • College degree or above
  • 1+ year of Telesales experience
  • Excellent skills in communication, logical reasoning, and creative thinking
  • Fast learners with strong interests in public cloud products and technologies
  • Master English(B1) and master native language
  • Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience
  • Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
