Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow with absenteeism and provide action plans according to needs
  • Follow up on payroll, disciplinary process, and welfare actions for the operations
  • Generate and follow up with a risk list PTL (Potential to leave) every week
  • Identifies employee's profiles to define the best practices to motivate and retain
  • Continuous focus groups to identified employee’s needs
  • Provide action plans to improve the KPIs and performance of the operation
  • Take ownership of the absenteeism and attrition indicators
  • Development of general activities focused on employee motivation
  • Develop effective communication processes with all the people of the operation
  • Carry out activities that promote a good work environment and increase the motivation of agents and staff
  • Generate personnel retention plans
  • Prepare management reports based on indicators
  • Follow up on absenteeism, resignations or news (low performance, disciplinary processes, etc.)
