Global VDI Citrix Engineer

What We’re Looking for ⬇️

Requirements:

• IT related careers with a focus on Virtualization Technologies and certifications.
• Experience working interactively with Citrix virtualization environments.
• Experience in implementations with thin clients (Linux preferred) and Citrix (preferred).
• Experience upgrading and patching Windows environments, advanced troubleshooting.
• English Level: B2.

Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is for Level 2 support for Citrix platform which includes CVAD, CVAD Service, Cloud Resource Domains, networking, applications, the database, storage, active directory, DHCP, DNS, Windows OS, etc.
• First point of escalation from Level 1 to solve incidents and problems related to Citrix platform.
• Apply, verify, and monitor changes required by the operations to comply with SLAs.
• Responsible for any problems or performance issues in the Citrix server environment and its dependencies.
• Help in organization and management of the business applications
• Analyze input from the Operators and incidents received by the IT Helpdesk.
